Please note: We do not give refunds on Bespoke work. All bespoke work is sent as a proof through email for you to check and approve. It is up to you to make sure all is correct on your proof before we send it to print.

All bespoke artwork has a 3 week turnaround for your proof to be sent to you. After approval your illustration will then have to be printed and framed so please allow for this extra time. If you would like your proof sooner than 3 weeks add the appropriate Fast Track to your cart. You will find these at the bottom of the page.

• 1 week turnaround - Extra £10
• 2 days turnaround - Extra £15

***Please bare in mind this is a fast track for the work and does not guarantee to be posted within the two weeks. It purely bumps you up the workload queue and will be posted once approved and printed
